2. Data we collect

- Customer data submitted by the business or received through customer interactions, including names, WhatsApp numbers, order details, addresses, support requests, and purchase history.
- Order and transaction data, including products, quantities, delivery fees, payment status, order status, and timestamps.
- Technical data, including device information, browser information, IP address, logs, cookies, and approximate location where enabled.
3. WhatsApp data handling
WatsapDuka processes WhatsApp-related data to provide business messaging, order automation, customer support, and delivery updates. This may include WhatsApp phone numbers, message metadata, customer replies, message template status, and WhatsApp Business Platform routing details. We use this data only to provide the service, maintain security, troubleshoot delivery, comply with applicable platform policies, and improve customer workflows.
4. Customer data handling
Businesses using WatsapDuka are responsible for having a lawful basis to communicate with their customers. We process customer data on behalf of each business tenant and keep tenant data logically separated. Customer data is used for order management, customer support, payment follow-up, delivery coordination, reporting, and approved messaging workflows.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect sessions, understand product usage, and improve website performance. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the service may not work correctly without essential cookies.

WatsapDuka is Africa first and may use service providers in multiple countries. By using the service, you understand that data may be processed in countries where our team, infrastructure, or service providers operate.
